I specialize in representing tenants in leasing and owner-users to buy and sell commercial property.

I am on the tenant’s side of the deal, and that is where my loyalties are. I negotiate aggressively and freely against Landlords, because I do not want that business now or in the future. Conflicts of interest are real.

My clientele includes law firms and professional services companies, colleges, and government agencies. I am known for maintaining long-term relationships with my clients and ensuring that decision makers look good when they conduct their real estate transactions.

I have represented millions of square feet of office space, placing me in the top twenty percent of the industry. Over the past 25 years, I have come to know the key players across the table, and they know me.
