I procured 77,000 rsf of industrial space in skid row and unincorporated Gardena to procure space for the City and County for BIN storage sites and a homeless shelter. Worked directly with LASHA’s the C-suite, and the City of Los Angeles and Los Angeles County’s attorneys, and reported to LASHA’s Commissioners. Brokered LAHSA’s 65,000 HQ office lease, which saved the taxpayers millions.
