The Klub Represented

Industrial Flex Lease adaptive reuse to a gymnasium. The building was constructed in 1936 as an airplane airframe factory in Frog Town, just North of the City of Los Angeles. In the late 1920s, there were over 20 airframe and aircraft engine manufacturers in Southern California.

The Klub gymnastics started in a community center in Silver Lake. They came to me through a referral from their banker at JP Morgan Chase, as their first broker was unable to get a deal from them after several months. I completed this deal in a matter of weeks. The Landlord is a Beverly Hills owner, and we all met in the same room to negotiate the LOI and the Lease.
